The core of Lynn McGrath's program is the work "Platero y yo" by Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco for narrator and guitar with the text of Nobel-prize winning Spanish poet, Juan Ramón Jimenez. Her performaces include English and Spanish theatrical narration and offer an exciting and memorable alternative to the traditional music recital. The moving text is about the powerful freindships created with animals and revels in the beauty of nature and is a sure hit with audiecnes of all ages.
